YVES Lashes are shipped from Australia.

Packing & Dispatch

All Yves lashes orders are packed Monday- Friday and shipped within 24 hours (express) or 48 hours (standard) of confirmed payment.
*Allow a minimum of 1 day for processing/packing before shipping. *Excludes weekends and Public holidays
Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day.

PLEASE ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS, SALES / PROMOTIONS

YVES LASHES send parcels via Australia Post or with a selected courier.

If you have specific delivery instructions or do not want your parcel left unattended please tell us in the comments section when you place your order.

1. Standard Postage (for delivery in 2 – 7 business days)
2. Australia Post Express Post (for delivery 1 – 3 business days)

All delivery times are estimates. Yves Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

International Standard Delivery (Worldwide)

Shipping for orders under $50 – $10

Shipping for orders over $51 up to $99 – $15

Shipping for orders $100 and over – $12

Allow up to 7 to 14 business days depending on location.
We reserve the right to amend above rates without prior notice. A signature may be required at the recipient address for delivery services. We recommend having your order delivered to an alternate address i.e. your business/work, if you will not be home to sign for your package.

*For customers in the U.A.E, a P.O. box must be entered into the address. We cannot deliver to address without P.O. boxes and will not be liable for any returned or delayed shipments.

Please note that international orders may sometimes experience delays, and are subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable duties and taxes.

Track your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package. Please note that tracking is not available on all shipping methods, it depends on the shipping method you chose during checkout.

If you registered an account with us, you can also view your order history and track your orders in your account page.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable). Please see DutyCalculator for a list of duties and tax rates per country for our lashes.

Holiday Shipping Information

During the busy holiday season, there may be additional delays in order processing and postal services. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Shipping times can vary by destination, and it’s strongly recommended to place your orders early to avoid unexpected delays during holiday periods.

I haven’s received my package, what should I do?

Before contacting us regarding your package, please ensure you’ve done the following:

  1. Check if you’re still within the estimated delivery window. See Delivery Times for more details. If you are, wait until 1-2 days after the delivery window has past before contacting us.
  2. Check with other members in your household or apartment, building security, or neighbours, to see if they have your package.
  3. Contact your local post office (of the shipping courier that shipped your package) to see if they have it held for you.
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns & Refund Policy

Once you have received your parcel, the sale is final, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

For returns of faulty unopened products we offer a store credit or exchange of the purchase price (less postage and/or any discounts) within 3 days of receiving your goods.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging.

Used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

A used/opened product is one that has been removed from original packaging, used or applied.

Any shipping/ return fee would be payable by the customer

Please send us a photo and description of damage/faulty item along with the order details to info@yveslashes.com with subject: Damage/faulty Goods- Invoice #00.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange for change of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Lashes are all handmade which means they will not all be the exact same so please allow for slight imperfections/ discrepancies. These slight differences does not constitute as a faulty/damaged product.

Canceling A Transaction

If you have made an error with your purchase and you would like to cancel/change your order, we must be notified within 2 hours of your purchase*.

Please email info@yveslashes.com with subject: Cancel Order and Invoice #.

*The email must be sent within a timely matter as we do not cancel a transaction for change of mind.

If staff have already picked, packed and paid for your postage then a cancel of transaction cannot be completed.
